Width
Our extruded Z-Channel floor supports are stronger and placed every 16-inches. We then tie it all together with stainless hardware, bonded seams, and a welded front and rear bulkhead for maximum rigidity.
Our 10-foot wide deck provides superior stability and increased deck space, enhancing passenger comfort and load distribution. This wider beam improves hydrodynamic performance, resulting in a smoother, more stable ride, especially in rough waters.
Tubes
Our 3 tube chassis featuring a V-shaped center tube with a reverse chine design to create additional lift and reduce unwanted drag. The result is a level of pontoon performance that rivals V-hull boats and yet delivers more stability and efficiency.
Rough water and high horsepower engines require a pontoon that can take the abuse. It’s why Premier features a solid-welded keel; 25” or 27” diameter tubes that exceed the industry average; and a thicker .090” gauge aluminum with internal baffles for added strength.
Transom
Featuring straightforward operations and fuel efficiency, making it suitable for boaters who prefer simplicity and ease of maintenance. This setup also typically results in lower initial and ongoing maintenance costs due to having only one engine.
Offers increased power and improved performance, providing higher speeds, better handling, and enhanced maneuverability. The dual engine setup also ensures greater reliability through redundancy and contributes to better weight distribution for a smoother, more stable ride.
